Installation
- Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace.The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate TechTime Group Share via search.The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.
- Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for TechTime Group Share.You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. TechTime Group Share begins to download.
- Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
- Click Apply license.If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Confluence instance.

How to get there - per space configuration
Group Share can only be configured per space:
- Under Space Tools for the space click on Apps (or Add-ons for older versions of Confluence).
Select the Group Share tab as per screenshot on the right.
Configuring Group Share
- Tick the 'Enabled for this space' check box.
Map which labels should notify which group(s). Example: If you map labels and group names as per below then Group Share will notify all members of the group 'designteam' of the pages that have the label 'design' on them.

Click Save.
Sometimes you need to work on a page and don't want everyone to be notified before you're ready to go live.
Simply add a 'silencer label' as per below. You can choose any name for the label, in this case we chose 'DontNotify'.

Add the label to the page before saving the page using the in-page label button. See Screenshot 3.
No notifications will be sent, irrespective of other labels attached to the page. Once you're done you simply remove the 'silencer label' and Group Share will send notifications.
